BBQ foods that you can cook in the home
It's always a shame when the summer comes to a close and you got to put the barbecue grill away. There's not a more sad time than that. But it doesn't have to be sad because we here at Shady Oak BBQ believe that barbecue never has to stop. The food is always there and waiting to be eaten, but remember you don't need a grill to have a good barbecue. With that in mind, today we're going to bring you some of the foods that you can cook at home without having to take the grill out. So let's take a look at what you can go into the kitchen and prepare without needing it to be ninety degrees.
Hotdogs
We know this is a given and you don't have to show up at BBQ near me to get the answer to this one but hot dogs are definite go-to when you want to have that summer feel but in the kitchen at home. You don't need to fire up the grill to have a good hot dog. All you need is a bun, a way to heat it up on the stove, and your favorite condiment. So don't wait twelve months out of the year just to have a hot dog belonging to your favorite brand. Fire up the stove and do it on your own time because this is just one of those foods that you can cook in your own kitchen.
Hamburgers
Some of the best restaurants in DFW like us serve hamburgers. Hamburgers are a great comfort food and go to when you want to whip something up that makes you feel like you're in the ninety degree weather of the summer time. You don't need a fancy grill or any crazy equipment to cook these patties. All you need is a skillet, a flame, some seasoning and whatever you want to put the hamburger on. It's just as simple as that. So don't know if we're thinking and wait for the weather to come around when you want to fire up the stove and have a great burger.
Ribs
There's a bit of a misconception out there that ribs can't be made at home. A lot of people think that it can only be made on a grill or at a BBQ nearby in the warm weather. But this couldn't be further from the truth and you can make ribs anyway you want at home. You can do it in the microwave, the stove, even the oven. It may seem like real food but the truth of the matter is you can cook it any way that you please. So have at it with your favorite barbecue sauce.
